I called to get a quote for replacing my rear brake pads since I already have the parts. I was quoted $350, which seemed high, so I politely asked what the price included. Instead of explaining the breakdown, the person who answered the phone became rude and had an attitude for simply asking questions. I wasn't arguing about the price I just wanted to understand what I was paying for. Customer service matters, and based on this interaction, I decided to take my business elsewhere.

We had a good experience the first time we brought our vehicle to George. Unfortunately, our second experience today was not so great. 2 stars instead of 1 because of the initial good experience. 1. We were quoted a price by George to replace the radiator in our truck. George said that in order to replace the radiator, the whole front end needed to be removed in order to gain access to the radiator to remove and replace it. We asked him twice about it because we thought it wasn’t necessary to remove the front end. He confirmed that it was necessary and quoted accordingly with the labor hours needed to remove and replace the front end as well as put in a new radiator. However, when we came to pick up the truck and noticed that one of the brackets holding up the front end was broken, the mechanic came over to the truck and said he didn’t remove the front end and didn’t notice a broken bracket. 2. We had also asked for a price for the radiator hoses to be replaced. We got a call a few hours later to pick up the truck and asked about the hoses but the person working the front desk, Rolie, said she “dropped the ball” and forgot about them. We were quoted a price of $270 to replace the

Our car experienced complete engine failure on the 210 while driving down the mountain. After being recommended to this shop, we felt in good hands from the very first phone call. The mechanics are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Because the repairs were substantial, we were torn on whether to fix our older car or move on. After speaking with the owner, we felt completely comfortable and confident in our decision to move forward. The work was top-notch, and the entire team was professional and friendly--from the tech that worked on our car, to the friendly woman who was at the front desk, to finally the owner George who was so kind. we highly recommend them!

Rolled in on a flat tire on my way to work at 745 am. Needed a quick patch. 20 min job at most. Owner said they were to busy. Told me to go to other shops on sierra. Really wow thanks guys! Way to take care of your community! Now I got to risk causing more damage to my car or get into an accident because a Georges tire shop refuses to do a patch job. Bravo!!!
